Returns and refund
Before returning an item, we must remind you that:
you must return an article within 14 days from the date of issue of the invoice or receipt.
All items must be returned along with their original intact label with barcode. You must include in the return package our confirmation email as a proof of your purchase.
Your refund will be credited to your account with the same method payment and in the same currency chosen during your purchase.
We do not accept returns of items such as swimsuits or underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or where the items quality has been seriously compromised.
Every item must be returned in the exact purchase conditions and packaged in the correct way.
Every article must not be nor worn, nor washed, nor ironed or treated in any way.
Return shipping fees are at your expense.
Important: the package containing the return items travels at your expense, therefore we are not responsible for possible lost, damages or delays in delivery.
Returns must take place within 14 days from delivery (including non working days. Past this term, it will no longer be possible.
When missing even one of the terms of return written above, NEW FORM will not accept your return package or the items will be redelivered to you at your expense.
Once our warehouse receives your return package, the refund process will start automatically. As soon as your refund is credited to your account, you will receive an email confirmation. The amount will be credited to the credit card or paypal account used during your purchase. Normally your refund should be visible in your account from 5 to 10 workdays after the credit, depending on your bank terms.
